Cancellation policy:

• Until 8 days prior to arrival – no costs
• 7 - 1 days prior to arrival until day of arrival – 50% of the stay
• No show or shortened stay – 100% of the stay
• No prepayment – guests can pay upon departure

There are special cancellation policies and prepayments for :

• Bookings for New Year (non-refundable prepayment of the first night)
• Group bookings of 3 rooms and more
• Reduced and non-refundable rates (published on our website for certain times and certain room categories only)

Deposit conditions for bank transfer by the guest:

• Please transfer 50% of the booking amount until 7 days before arrival.
• If no transfer is made, we will charge your credit card.

All prices include taxes, visitor's tax and accommodation tax.
